Jk's Pumpkin Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients well.
  3. Pour into unbaked 9 inches fluted pie shell.
  4. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minute Then cover fluted crust with aluminum foil to prevent over baking.
  5. Then reduce oven temperature and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minute or until a knife inserted 1 and 1/2inches from side comes out clean.
  6. Cool pie and garnish with whipped cream.
  7. Serve at room temperature or refrigerated.
