Fruited Chicken With Cranberries

  1. In a 5-quart slow cooker, place onion & chicken.
  2. In a small bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, orange zest & garlic, then pour over chicken.
  3. Sprinkle with apricots & cranberries, then cover & cook on low 4-5 hours or until meat thermometer reads 170 degrees F.
  4. Great served over rice.
