Zucchini Appetizer

• 3 cups zucchini, thinly sliced
• 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 1 teaspoon salt or 1 teaspoon salt substitute
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 12 cup onion, chopped
• 2 teaspoons parsley
• 12 teaspoon oregano
• 12 cup olive oil

1. Preheat over 350 degrees spray 13X9X2 baking dish.
2. Combine ingredients stir until smooth.
3. Pour into baking dish.
4. Bake 25 minutes until golden brown and knife comes out clean.
5. Serve warm.
