My Fabulous Turkey Pie

  1. Heat margarine over low heat until melted.
  2. Blend in flour, onion, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat.
  4. Stir in broth and milk.
  5. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  6. Boil and stir for one minute.
  7. Stir in turkey and mixed vegetables.
  8. Pour mixture into your favorite pie crust shell; make sure you have a top cover for the pie.
  9. Flute edges, cut slits into center to allow the steam to escape.
  10. Cook uncovered in a 425 degrees oven until crust is a golden brown, aboout 30-35 minutes.
