Stuffed Sweet Bell Pepper Soup
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 quarts water
- 1 quart tomato juice
- 3 green sweet peppers, diced
- 2 teaspoons browning sauce
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 cups chili sauce
- 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 2 garlic cloves
- Cook ground beef in Dutch oven (large pot) and drain off fat.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce and simmer uncovered for 1 hour until rice is tender.
