Baked Tuna Steaks Recipe

• 1 lb Tuna, fresh, cut into 4 steaks
• 1 dsh White pepper

1. Skin tuna.
2. Sprinkle with pepper.
3. Bake at 350 degrees till fish flakes easily and is no longer pink.
