Smore Bar Cookies

• 12 cup butter
• 12 cup brown sugar, packed
• 34 cup flour
• 12 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 1 (7 ounce) milk chocolate candy bars, melted
• 2 cups miniature marshmallows

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add combined flour and crumbs, mix well.
4. Press onto bottom of greased 9-inch square pan.
5. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Spread chocolate over crust.
7. Top with marshmallows.
8. Broil 4 inches from heat source 1 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
9. Cool, cut into bars.
