Beef Cubed Steaks Provencal Recipe
- 4 lean beef cubed steaks (about 4 ounce. each)
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dry basil leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 sm. zucchini, thinly sliced
- 6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 1/2 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt (optional)
- Low Sodium.
