Sausage and egg biscuit casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 425F Start by browning 1 pound of sausage and chop.
  2. I also added some onion powder for more taste
  3. Butter a 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Cut biscuits in quarters.
  5. I use a pizza cutter.
  6. Put biscuits in bottom of baking dish.
  7. When sausage is done.
  8. Scramble up a dozen of eggs in a bowl, add 1/2 cup of milk, salt and pepper.
  9. Then add 1 cup of shredded cheese , then add the sausage and stir.
  10. Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits.
  11. Then add 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  12. Bake at 425 for 20-30 minutes.
  13. Check after 20 minutes.
  14. Cook time varies.
