Raw Vegan Pasta Sauce / Salad Dressing

  1. Remove the pits from your dates.
  2. In a high speed blender/Vitamix, add your water and dates.
  3. Let them soak for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  5. Taste and add additional spices if desired.
  6. Add more water if you want a thinner consistency.
  7. Pour over a bed of lettuce and veggies or over spiralized zucchini for a Raw Vegan Pasta Dish.
  8. Enjoy.
