Tuna Salad Burgers Recipe
- 6 1/2 ounce. canned tuna
- 1/4 pound American or possibly colby cheese, shredded
- 3 hard boiled Large eggs, minced
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
- 6 hamburger buns, split
- Combine tuna, cheese, Large eggs, mayo and relish; mix well.
- Season to taste.
- Fill buns with tuna salad; wrap each in aluminum foil.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
- You can make these up ahead of time and chill.
- They will be ready for reheating.
