Sauerkraut On Party Rye Recipe

• 12 ounce. corn beef (can)
• 2 tbsp. brown mustard
• 1 c. sauerkraut
• 3 tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise
• 1/2 pound diced Swiss cheese
• 1 tbsp. caraway seed
• 1 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
• 1 loaf of party rye

1. Mix everything but save 1/2 of the cheese mix (use 1/4 lb.
2. ), put in casserole dish and add in remaining cheese on top.
3. Bake at 375 degrees till cheese is bubbly, about 30 min.
4. Serve on party rye.
5. This is great tasting especially if desired reuben sandwiches.
