Hash Brown Quiche
- 3/4 package hash brown potatoes frozen
- 3/4 cup pepper jack cheese shredded
- 1 cup gouda cheese shredded
- 1 cup swiss cheese shredded
- 1 1/2 cups ham diced
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk or cream
- 13 cup butter melted
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Thaw shredded hash brown potatoes.
- Squeeze excess moisture between paper towels.
- Grease quiche dish.
- Press and shape hash brown potatoes in dish.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Bake at 425F (220C) for 25 minutes.
- Fill quiche dish with layers of diced ham and the 3 different cheeses.
- Mix eggs, milk and salt; pour over mixture.
- Bake at 350F (180C) for 40 minutes.
