Turkey Pasta Salad Recipe

  1. Cook pasta as directed; drain.
  2. Rinse with cool water and set aside.
  3. Combine oil, lemon juice, soy sauce and ginger; blend well.
  4. Run cool tap water over vegetables in strainer to thaw completely; drain.
  5. Combine vegetables, pasta, oil mix, turkey and scallions; toss to coat.
  6. Chill.
  7. Serve on lettuce, if you like; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. Store leftover salad in refrigerator.
  9. Makes 14 c. or possibly 8 servings.
