Kaitai Fire Rice

  1. boil/steam/prepare rice
  2. heat wok or pan until very hot
  3. fry onion, ginger, garlic in oil until onion becomes soft and transluscent
  4. add meat if desired
  5. add peas and other vegetables desired as well as the rice.
  6. fry for 1-2 minutes
  7. make open area in wok/pan.
  8. add one egg at a time, making sure to mix each thoroughly into the mixture
  9. cook the rice until egg is no longer observably runny, then add the soy sauce.
  10. mix well
  11. add sriracha to desired level of heat.
  12. add a few drops of kaitai (or tobasco) sauce for flavor
  13. serve hot with a hoppy IPA
