Cheesy Sausage Muffins

• 1/4 pound sausage
• 3 ounces cream cheese cubed
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
• 1/4 cup scallions, spring or green onions chopped
• 1 cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
• 2 large eggs lightly beaten
• 23 cup milk

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, make a well in center of mixture.
2. Combine eggs, and milk, add to sausage mixture, stirring just until moistened.
3. Spoon into greased miniature muffin pans, filling 3/4 full.
4. Bake at 350F (180C).
5. for 35 to 40 min.
6. Remove from pan immediately.
