Michael C's Mini Pizzas
- 225 grams self-raising flour
- 50 grams margarine
- 150 ml milk
- 300 grams passata or other pizza sauce
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Lightly grease 2 flat baking trays.
- Sieve the flour into a mixing bowl.
- Rub in the margarine until the mix looks like fine breadcrumbs.
- Add the milk and mix to a soft dough.
- Roll dough on a lightly floured board and divide dough into 8 pieces.
- Press each piece into 7cm circles and transfer to the trays.
- Spread the pizza sauce and bake for 15-20 minutes, until edges are golden-brown.
- Enjoy creating endless topping combinations!
