Waffle Tacos

• 1 Frozen waffle, thawed
• 1 Scrambled eggs, prepared how you like them
• 1 Sausage or bacon crumbles
• 1 Shredded cheese
• 1 Syrup to drizzle

1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Fold waffle in half and secure with two toothpicks at the top.
3. Spray both sides with cooking spray.
4. Bake for 8 minutes turning halfway through
5. Stuff waffle taco with scrambled eggs, meat, and cheese.
6. Return to oven for 2 minutes to melt cheese.
7. Drizzle with syrup, if desired
