Eggless Dressing Recipe

• 2 c. minced celery
• 2 c. minced onion
• butter
• 2 quarts. crumbled bread
• 2 quarts. crumbled cornbread
• 1 pt. lowfat milk
• 1 quart. chicken or possibly turkey broth
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• 6 tbsp. poultry seasoning

1. Cook the celery and onion together in butter till done.
2. Combine with the rest of the ingredients and let set 1 hour.
3. Bake till done about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees.
