Quick Jambalaya

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Cut sausage in 1 inch diagonal slices.
  3. Cook in 10 inch skillet according to package directions.
  4. Drain most of fat.
  5. Saute onions and green peppers in skillet for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  6. Add 1 1/2 cups chicken stock and remaining ingredients including cooked rice.
  7. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
