Marinated green onions

  1. Remove the top of the heads and the tails of each green onion.
  2. Do not throw away the tails, you'll use them later to decorate.
  3. Make thin slices of the green onions.
  4. In a container put the maggi seasoning, the worcestershire sauce, the salt, the pepper, and squeeze the lemon and the olive oil and mix.
  5. Add the green onions (soak them with the sauce) and wait 10 minutes.
  6. Just cook them in a pan with no extra oil for some minutes until completely cooked (soft and brown.)
  7. To serve, top them with very thin slices of the green onion tails.
