All In One Chicken Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C) Fahrenheit.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a casserole dish sprayed with a light coating of cooking spray.
  3. Arrange the potatoes around the chicken breasts.
  4. Mix the sour cream and can of soup together in a small bowl.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the casserole.
  6. Bake uncovered for one hour and fifteen minutes until bubbly.
  7. Sprinkle fried onions over the casserole and if desired bake for another 10 minutes.
  8. Serve with a grind of fresh black pepper (if desired).
  9. An easy one dish meal.
