Onion Dip

  1. Heat the oil in a small fry pan and saute the onions on high heat until nicely browned, 10 minutes.
  2. Stir often.
  3. Torn off heat and mix in vegetable bouillon.
  4. Let onions cool a bit, then add them to sour cream in a bowl along with the chives.
  5. Serve with vegetables.
