Onion Dip
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 12 tablespoons vegetable bouillon, powder
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- vegetables, for dipping
- Heat the oil in a small fry pan and saute the onions on high heat until nicely browned, 10 minutes.
- Stir often.
- Torn off heat and mix in vegetable bouillon.
- Let onions cool a bit, then add them to sour cream in a bowl along with the chives.
- Serve with vegetables.
