Beef Spinach Pasta Recipe

• 1 pkt Spinach, thawed minced
• 1 lb Grnd beef
• 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 c. Ricotta
• 1 1/2 c. Noodles, cooked
• 1 can (3 ounce) Fried onions

1. Micro spinach on high 3-4 min.
2. Remove and break into pcs, drain well.
3. Brown grnd beef, drain well.
4. Combine spinach, soup, cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
5. Mix with hamburger.
6. Add in noodles and half the can of onions.
7. Micro on high 5 min.
8. Stir.
9. Sprinkle with remaining onions.
10. Micro on high for 5-7 min.
