Chesapeake Bay Crab Cakes
- 1 lb lump crabmeat
- 1 large egg
- 4 saltines, crushed
- 1 12 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 34 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 -4 drops hot sauce
- 18 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 12 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- paprika
- Drain crabmeat, removing any bits of shell.
- Combine egg and next 7 ingredients; stir in crabmeat.
- Shape into 6 (3 inch) patties.
- Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Combine 3 tbsp mayonnaise and 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning; spread evenly on crab cakes.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden.
