Sweet & Tangy BBQ Pork Sliders

  1. Cook onions in boiling water 5 min.
  2. or until tender; drain.
  3. Place in medium bowl.
  4. Add vinegar and sugar; mix well.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  6. Shape meat into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  7. Cook in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 4 to 5 min.
  8. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  9. Top with cheese.
  10. Spread cut sides of rolls with barbecue sauce; fill with burgers, onions and pineapple.
