Hearty Balsamic Cheddar Cheeseburgers

  1. Shape meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  2. Heat dressing in large skillet.
  3. Add peppers; cook and stir 4 to 5 min.
  4. or until crisp-tender.
  5. Add spinach; cook 1 to 2 min.
  6. or until wilted, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  8. Add patties to same skillet; cook on medium heat 4 to 5 min.
  9. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  10. Top burgers with pepper mixture and cheese; cover.
  11. Cook 1 to 2 min.
  12. or until cheese is melted.
  13. Serve in rolls.
