Chia Smoothie
- 14 cup chia seeds, gel
- 14 cup plain yogurt
- 18 avocado
- 12 cup frozen fruit
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- 1 cup cold herbal tea or 1 cup green tea
- 1 dash vanilla
- Place all ingredients except tea and honey in blender.
- Start chopping, adding enough tea to make the ingredients blend well, and get the consistency you like.
- Add honey, then blend on high speed until your drink is smooth and uniform.
- Pour into a glass, add a straw, and drink!
