Chocolate Dipped Creams Recipe
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 c. cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. chocolate bits, melted
- Powered sugar for rolling
- Minced nuts, coconut, chocolate jimmies
- Cream butter, add in sugar gradually, add in vanilla.
- Sift flour, cornstarch and salt together; blend in creamed mix.
- Chill.
- Shape tsp.
- of dough into balls, triangles, crescents or possibly bars.
- Place on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 12 min.
- Cold.
- Roll in powdered sugar.
- Dip part of each cookie in chocolate then in nuts, jimmies, etc.
- Makes about 6 dozen.
