Egg Scramble with Onion & Silken Tofu

  1. Thinly slice the onion, julienne the carrot, and boil in 1 cup of water.
  2. Skim the scum and add the tofu and flavoring ingredients.
  3. Simmer until the liquid has evaporated.
  4. Beat the eggs well, and pour into the pan.
  5. When it has cooked a little, gently stir to combine with the tofu and vegetables.
  6. Serve on a dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
