Chocolate Lovers Ice Cream Pie Recipe

• 2 c. chocolate chip cookies, crushed
• 1/3 c. butter, melted
• 1 quart. chocolate ice cream, slightly softened
• Chocolate flavored syrup
• Sweetened whipped cream
• Chocolate chip cookies, broken into pcs

1. In medium bowl, stir together crushed cookies and butter.
2. Press on bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan.
3. Freeze till hard, 10 min.
4. Spread ice cream over crust.
5. Cover, freeze till hard, 6 hrs or possibly overnight.
6. Just before serving, drizzle pie with chocolate syrup.
7. If you like, garnish with sweetened whipped cream and pcs of chocolate chip cookies.
8. 8 servings.
