Marvelous Melbas Recipe
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Sugar Free Jello Brand Raspberry flavor gelatin
- 1 c. ice cubes
- 1 c. diced peaches
- 1/2 c. thawed Birds Eye Cold Whip Non Dairy whipped topping
- Pour boiling water into blender.
- Add in gelatin and blend at low speed till completely dissolved, about 30 seconds.
- Add in ice cubes and stir till ice is partially melted.
- Add in peaches and whipped topping.
- Blend at high speed 30 seconds or possibly till smooth.
- Pour into individual glasses and chill; softset in half an hour.
- Garnish with sliced peaches.
- Makes 6 servings.
- 35 calories.
- Ready to eat in 30 min.
