60-Minute Cheese Fondue Boat

  1. Set aside 1 cup of flour.
  2. Mix remaining flour, sugar, salt, garlic and yeast.
  3. Stir in water and margarine.
  4. Mix in enough reserved flour to make soft dough.
  5. Knead 4 minutes.
  6. Roll dough 18 x 8 inches.
  7. Spread mayonnaise down center third of length.
  8. Top with cheese and onions.
  9. Seal long edges over filling at 1 inch intervals; seal ends.
  10. Set on greased baking sheet.
  11. Cover.
  12. Place over large shallow pan of boiling water; let rise 15 minutes.
  13. Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
