Chocolate, Coconut and Pecan Truffles
- 1 cup Philadelphia Chocolate Cream Cheese Product
- 1 cup toasted desiccated unsweetened coconut
- 1 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Beat cream cheese, coconut, and pecans with mixer on medium speed until well blended in medium bowl.
- Refrigerate 2 hours.
- Roll cream cheese mixture into 24 balls, using scant tablespoonful of cream cheese mixture for each ball.
- Roll in cocoa until evenly coated.
- Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
