Chocolate, Coconut and Pecan Truffles

  1. Beat cream cheese, coconut, and pecans with mixer on medium speed until well blended in medium bowl.
  2. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  3. Roll cream cheese mixture into 24 balls, using scant tablespoonful of cream cheese mixture for each ball.
  4. Roll in cocoa until evenly coated.
  5. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
