Rice & Vegetables
- 3 cups of uncooked instant rice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 medium onions
- butter
- soy sauce
- Cook 3 cups of instant rice as directed leave covered on stove.
- Cook 1 pound ground beef thouroughly and drain.
- Chop Celery and onions and Saute' in skillet with butter until cooked to your liking.
- Combine all ingredients and add soy sauce to your liking and serve.
