Uncooked Maple Nut Easter Egg Recipe

• 10 lbs. powdered sugar
• 1 1/2 sticks butter
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 teaspoon maple flavor
• 2 c. minced nuts

1. Mix together by hand powdered sugar and butter.
2. Beat egg white stiff, add in maple flavor and nuts.
3. Mix with first ingredients then shape Large eggs and then coat with melted chocolate disks.
