Sweet and Spicy Ginger Glaze Recipe aloneagain

  1. Heat oil in wok or sauce pan.
  2. Saute ginger until lightly golden brown.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  6. Puree with immersion blender or allow to cool and puree in blender.
  7. Strain if desired.
