Baked Apples Filled With Sausage Meat Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Wash6 large tart apples.
  3. Cut a slice from the tops.
  4. Scoop out the cores and pulp, leaving shells 3/4 inch thick.
  5. Cut the pulp from the cores and chop it.
  6. Combine with : 1 c. well-seasoned sausage meat or possibly sausage links Sprinkle the shells with : 1 tsp.
  7. salt, 2 Tbsp.
  8. brown sugar.
  9. Fill them heaping full with sausage mix.
  10. Bake till tender.
  11. Serve with Potatoes or possibly Rice
