Coconut-Pecan-Mocha Cafe

• 1 cup skim milk
• 1 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
• 2 cups freshly brewed Nabob Bold Midnight Eclipse Coffee
• 1 tsp. coconut extract
• 1/4 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
• 2 tsp. toasted flaked coconut
• 2 tsp. finely chopped toasted pecans

1. Microwave milk and chocolate in 2-cup microwaveable measuring cup on HIGH 1 to 2 min.
2. or until hot.
3. Whisk until chocolate is melted and mixture is frothy.
4. Stir coconut extract into brewed coffee.
5. Pour coffee, then milk mixture into 4 mugs; top with remaining ingredients.
