Coconut-Pecan-Mocha Cafe
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups freshly brewed Nabob Bold Midnight Eclipse Coffee
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
- 1/4 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
- 2 tsp. toasted flaked coconut
- 2 tsp. finely chopped toasted pecans
- Microwave milk and chocolate in 2-cup microwaveable measuring cup on HIGH 1 to 2 min.
- or until hot.
- Whisk until chocolate is melted and mixture is frothy.
- Stir coconut extract into brewed coffee.
- Pour coffee, then milk mixture into 4 mugs; top with remaining ingredients.
