Dubonnet Cocktail (Zaza) Recipe

• 1 1/2 ounces gin
• 1 1/2 ounces red Dubonnet
• Dash of bitters (optional)
• Twist of lemon peel

1. Shake the gin, Dubonnet, and bitters with ice, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
2. Garnish with lemon peel.
