Beef Tips Cooked In Wine Recipe
- 2 lbs. beef tips
- 1 whole garlic, minced
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 2 cans golden brown mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. cooking wine (red only)
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (8 ounce.) can mushrooms, liquid removed
- Brown beef tips in butter in a large pot.
- Add in other ingredients, simmer on low heat, covered, for 2 hrs or possibly till beef tips are tender.
- Serve on bed of rice or possibly noodles.
