Adobo Chicken with Mango and Avocado
- 4 whole Chicken Breast, Boneless
- 1/4 cups Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Adobo Sauce
- 2 whole Limes, One For Garnish
- 1 whole Mango, Large
- 1 whole Avocado, Large
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Red Onion, Minced
- 1 dash Salt
- Marinate the chicken in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, adobo sauce and the juice of one lime for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In the meantime, cube mango and avocado.
- Mix with cilantro, onion, and salt.
- Cook the chicken in the marinade for 20 minutes.
- Discard the marinade after it is cooked.
- Serve with the mango/avocado relish on top.
- Garnish with lime.
