Beef Cranberry Stew Recipe
- 1 1/2 pound stewing beef, cut into cubes
- 1 can whole cranberries
- 1 (8 ounce.) jar red or possibly white horseradish or possibly 6 ounce.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine ingredients and mix well.
- Place in dish uncovered till meat is tender, about 1 1/2 hrs.
- Serve with buttered noodles, crusty bread and a green salad.
- This is delicious.
- You can't taste the horseradish and it makes the meat very tender.
