Tangerine, Grapefruit, Lemon and Orange Digestivi

  1. Make simple syrup of 10 cups sugar and 10 cups water by heating both together until clear.
  2. Allow to cool.
  3. Arrange 8 quart bottles and place 1/2 of each zest in each bottle.
  4. Divide simple syrup among bottles and top each with grappa.
