Asian salad with a kick
- 1/2 head nappa cabbage, julienned
- 1 head romaine, julienned
- 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup snow peas, julienned
- 3 green (spring) onions, thinly sliced on the bias, green tops included.
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup chopped peanuts
- 2 tsp prepared English mustard (Coleman's) or Chinese mustard
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- Toss cabbage, romaine, peas, carrots, and green onions in large bowl.
- In small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
- Toss dressing with salad and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped nuts.
