Dan Dan Noodle Soup Made Easily with Hot Water & a Microwave
- 1 serving Ramen noodles
- 50 grams Ground pork
- 1/2 tsp Miso
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 1 tsp Chicken soup stock granules
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Ginger (grated)
- 1/4 tsp Garlic (grated)
- 1 tbsp White sesame paste
- 1 dash Doubanjiang
- 1 dash Ra-yu
- 200 ml Boiling water
- Make the seasoned meat: Put all the meat ingredients in a heatproof bowl and mix well.
- Microwave until cooked.
- Mix to a crumble.
- Make the soup: Put all the ingredients, except for the boiling water, in a ramen bowl and mix well.
- Add the boiling hot water little by little while mixing.
- Serve: Put the noodles in the soup and top with the seasoned meat.
