Nutty Gourmet Popcorn Snack

• 4 quarts popped corn
• 1 13 cups pecan halves
• 23 cup whole almond
• 1 12 cups sugar
• 1 cup margarine or 1 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 12 cup white corn syrup

1. Combine sugar, margarine and corn syrup in suacepan.
2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
3. Cook for 10-15 minutes until mixture turns a light caramel color.
4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
5. Pour over popcorn and nuts.
6. Store in airtight container.
