Sausage and beans
- 6 -8 butchers sausages
- 1 can mixed beans in tomato sauce
- 1 can any other beans you like or 200g fresh green beans
- 1 can tinned tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 olive oil
- 2 stick celery
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 Chilli or 2 if u like hot food
- 1 red or yellow pepper
- 1 chicken or vegetable stock cube/pot
- 1 salt and black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6
- Chop onion, pepper, celery, green beans and chilli.
- And anything else you have in the cupboard to add.
- Fry sausages in a little oil.
- Open cans and pour into a casserole dish.
- Add chopped ingredients.
- Add stock, mustard, salt and black pepper.
- Mix it up.
- You can aslo add herbs here if you want.
- Place sausages in casserole dish.
- Put in the oven with the lid on for 30-40 mins.
- Serve with rice
