Classic Slow Cooked Ribs

  1. Sprinkle half the salt over ribs.
  2. Stir together remaing salt and all other ingredients.
  3. Pour half of sauce mixture into 5 quart crockpot.
  4. Top with ribs and pour remaining sauce over the top.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 6 - 7 hours.
  6. Remove ribs and keep warm.
  7. Pour sauce into sauce pan and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes reducing by about a quarter.
  8. Serve sauce with ribs.
