Bar B Que Sauce Recipe
- 1 gallon Hunts ketchup
- 1 1/2 quart. Twelve Oaks vinegar
- 1 c. French's mustard
- 3 tbsp. salt
- 4 tbsp. black pepper
- 3 tbsp. red pepper
- 4 sticks butter
- 3 lemons, juice only
- 2 tbsp. Louisiana Warm Sauce (opt.)
- Put vinegar and lemon juice in boiler.
- Add in mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Add in butter.
- Heat till butter melts.
- Add in ketchup.
- Bring to a boil and boil for five min.
- Add in salt, pepper and warm sauce to taste.
